At Anna Lou of London, we want you to love your personalized jewelry, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return non-personalized items within 30 days of receipt. Please note that for hygiene and customization reasons, earrings and bespoke engraved pieces are non-returnable unless faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer concierge team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization code.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely place your jewelry in its original Anna Lou of London signature packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix your return label and send the package via a tracked postal service; we recommend keeping your postage receipt until the refund is processed.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned item to ensure it is in original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
